Review: Playability
On the eve of the release of Dirt 2, many users are unlikely to want to pay attention to this project, but in vain. After the release of the previous part, no one could have imagined that the developers would release a continuation of this series. Everything was very grayish and poor. But they decided not to give up and make every effort to develop a more worthy project. And it can be said that they were successful.
The game itself is not positioned as a leader in the simulator genre, but Crash Time 3 can rightfully be considered a strong middling product: the interactive environment, variety of chase missions, very pleasant controls and normal behavior of the Kmera leave only pleasant impressions of the game. This is not to say that the variety of missions is off the charts, but at least they don’t get boring.
In general, we can say that the game has a more arcade genre and it is difficult to classify it as a simulator. So avid arcade players can start playing the game safely and without fear.
Review: Game Graphics
For what it’s worth, we didn’t even expect such a picture from Crash Time 3. Before starting the game, the system goes through
a short mini-benchmark test on the performance of the graphics system, after which it itself adopts the optimal system settings. However, the minimum FPS set by the developers is probably very high, since the system slightly lowers the graphic settings, but this is all fixable and this issue can be resolved by setting the settings manually.
The graphics in the game are really quite good: excellent game models, detailed locations, interactive game world, beautiful emergency destruction. Physics is also not bad, but could be better.
There are, of course, graphical shortcomings, but overall the picture is very pleasant.
Review: Resource-intensive game
The system requirements are certainly not small, but not large either. So, in order for your card not to interfere with the subsystem, you will need a Core 2 Duo 2.4 level processor and 2 gigabytes of RAM.
Testing was carried out at maximum quality settings. Everything in the graphical menu was screwed up all the way. We tested video cards from the lower price segment at a resolution of 1024×768, video cards from the middle price range were tested at a resolution of 1280×1024, and video cards from the upper price range were tested at a resolution of 1680×1050.
Testing at maximum Low End quality settings at 1024×768 resolution
Almost all budget cards have been left behind, so gamers will have to reduce the level of detail.
Testing at maximum quality settings Midle End at 1280×1024 resolution
Here you can see that only the lowest cards in this niche are capable of stuttering, but in general, owners of a level higher than the GeForce 9600GT will play comfortably.
Testing at maximum High End quality settings at 1680×1050 resolution
Well, here comments are always unnecessary. everything goes smoothly and without brakes.
Final World : The game turned out better than we expected. But the GPU resource consumption is somewhat high and amounts to 50%.
