ELEX II is a continuation of the vintage RPG, where new dangerous adventures await you in the open world. In the game you will have the opportunity to return to the planet Magalan, which is going through hard times.
Now you have a better and faster way to explore the world before you, and complete freedom of movement is achieved thanks to the capabilities of the jetpack. After the grandiose victory, so loudly celebrated in the first part of the series, years of calm came. The break did not last long; after a while the planet was in danger again.

GAME ENGINE |
The basis for the game ELEX 2 was the game engine Genome Engine, yes, the same game engine from Gothic 3, of course heavily modified.
The game also uses SpeedTree technology, a technology for visualizing plants in three-dimensional graphics, developed by Interactive Data Visualization. The use of specialized “SpeedTree” technology, in some cases, helps reduce the load on computer resources compared to using standard game engine tools; SpeedTree makes it much easier for designers to create plants.
PhysX is used as the physics engine.

Our video cards were tested at different screen sizes of 1920×1080, 2560×1600 and 3840×2160 maximum graphics quality settings. Family cards Vega were not included in the test, because at the time of the test the game does not work correctly on them, loading only clouds instead of locations…

The test is carried out on the most powerful CPU in this game and is scaled to other processors, taking into account their testing on NVIDIA and AMD video cards.

Testing of video memory consumed by the game was carried out by the program MSI Afterburner. The indicator was based on the results on video cards from AMD and NVIDIA with separate screen sizes 1920×1080, 2560×1440 and 3840×2160 with various anti-aliasing settings. By default, the graph displays the most current solutions. Other video cards are added and removed from the schedule at the request of the reader.
