Addressing overheating woes, ASUS is now offering a free thermal compound replacement service to ROG gaming laptop owners in China. This service is available for recent models including the powerful ROG Zephyrus DUO, ROG Strix, and ROG Flow featuring AMD Ryzen 7000 HX and Intel 14th Gen HX processors. Under the terms of the offer, the thermal paste will be replaced free of charge if the cooling efficiency doesn't meet standards.

ASUS also has plans to extend this offer to additional models in the future. While currently limited to the Chinese market, there's potential for this service to become globally available, reflecting the company's commitment to enhancing its image and customer service quality.
