AsRock and Palit Lead in Warranty Service Speed, While Gainward and Lenovo Shine in GPU Quality

In a recent study by Digitec Galaxus AG, AsRock and Palit have been recognized as the top performers in terms of swift warranty services, addressing client concerns in a mere 2 days. Such agility becomes pivotal for users in today's era of high-end gaming and resource-intensive tasks.

However, not all GPU manufacturers can pride themselves on product quality. According to the same study, Sapphire and AsRock lagged behind, registering defect rates of 2.5% and 2.1%, respectively.

Conversely, Gainward and Lenovo stood out for their reliability, showcasing minimal defect percentages at 0.4% and 0.7%, respectively.

It's crucial to understand that these findings are based on data from a single retailer, but they offer a glimpse into the product quality in the GPU market.
