A GAME |
After the widespread acclaim and success of the first Ghostrunner, expectations for the sequel were high. Developed with Unreal Engine 4, Ghostrunner 2 promises to not only meet these expectations, but exceed them.
World and setting:
Dharma is a gloomy, vertical metropolis, the capital of a post-apocalyptic world. After the events of the first part of the game, the city has changed: new areas and zones, even more dangerous and mysterious. Under the ruined buildings and on the tops of skyscrapers, many secrets lurk.
Gameplay and mechanics:
The core mechanics of parkour remain the same, but are enhanced with new abilities such as the ability to fly short distances or temporarily become invisible. These innovations enrich the gameplay, making each confrontation unique.
The main character also gains access to a new arsenal of weapons and technology. New enemy types require different strategies and approaches, making battles more tactical.
Plot and characters:
The story of Ghostrunner 2 takes players even deeper into the world of Dharma. The main character returns to face not only external threats, but also the demons of his past. Meeting new characters reveals Ghostrunner's backstory and motivations for his actions.
With each new chapter, players will learn more about what the world was like before the disaster, what led to its fall, and who is really behind everything that is happening.

Unreal Engine 4 from Epic Games is one of the most powerful and flexible engines on the market. It provides developers with many tools to create high-quality and impressive visual effects, dynamic game worlds and realistic characters. Ghostrunner 2 uses UE4 to create an even more detailed and vibrant world of Dharma.
Realism thanks to RT:
Ray Tracing (RTX) technology allows you to achieve incredible levels of realism. It allows you to simulate the behavior of light in the real world, creating realistic reflections, shadows and lighting. In Ghostrunner 2, this is especially noticeable in the wet streets of Dharma, where every ray of light reflects off the surfaces, creating the atmosphere of a gloomy but lively city.
Gameplay and scene interactivity:
Thanks to the capabilities of UE4, the game world has become not just a beautiful background, but also a full-fledged interactive environment. Stage elements react to the player's actions, dynamic rain and wind enhance the feeling of immersion in the game.
Conclusion:
Ghostrunner 2 is an epic sequel that takes the best of the first game and improves on it, offering a deeper story, improved gameplay and impressive graphics. It retains the spirit of the original while expanding the horizons and giving players a new, immersive experience in the world of Dharma.

Our video cards were tested at resolutions of 1920x1080 , 2560x1440 and 3840x2160 with maximum graphics quality settings. In the demo version, DX12 mode and ray tracing are blocked, but this limitation is easily circumvented by specifying a launch parameter:

Testing of video memory consumed by the game was carried out by MSI Afterburner. The indicator was based on results on video cards from AMD and NVIDIA at resolutions of 1920x1080, 2560x1440 and 3840x2160 with various anti-aliasing settings. By default, the graph displays the most current solutions. Other video cards are added and removed from the chart at the request of the reader.
