Diablo III graphical video review by GameGPU
Introduction |
We continue our cycles of APU video reviews aimed at testing the top AMD and Intel integrated graphics solutions. Diablo III was the next game accepted for testing integrated graphics solutions.
Game Information |
Diablo III is a hack and slash video game developed by Blizzard Entertainment for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The game also contains elements of the Action/RPG and dungeon crawl genres.
The game is part of the Diablo series and a direct sequel to Diablo II. The game, as in the previous parts of the series, takes place in a dark fantasy world called Sanctuary. Events develop around the struggle of the army of Heaven with the army of the Underworld for the peace of Sanctuary.

The configurations were tested with MSI Afterburner. The purpose of the test is to determine how platforms from different manufacturers behave under the same conditions. The average and minimum FPS were taken as the performance indicator. Below is a comparison video:
Our configurations were tested at 1920x1080 resolutions at low, medium and high game graphics quality settings.
Summary performance 1920x1080 |
Testing at various quality settings 1920x1080
At all graphics quality settings, AMD's solution stays in the lead and remains playable at low and medium settings.
Loading threads |
Loading of processor cores at low quality settings 1920x1080 %
When using integrated graphics solutions, the game is capable of supporting up to 6 computational threads, but in fact Diablo III uses 2 processor cores.
