The core frequency was also lower and amounted to 375 MHz versus 430 MHz for the GeForce 7800 GT. The boards based on this chip contained 256 MB of GDDR3 memory operating at 1 GHz. The memory bus width was 256 bits. Produced in PCI-E and AGP versions.
