RedGamingTech insider has revealed intriguing details about the upcoming PlayStation 5 Pro, promising significant improvements in the world of gaming consoles. Despite expectations of a shift to a newer AMD processor architecture, the console will stay true to its roots.

In terms of specifications, the PlayStation 5 Pro will feature an eight-core Zen 2 processor clocked below 4 GHz, an RDNA 3 graphics accelerator boasting 60 compute units running at frequencies between 2500 and 2800 MHz, and a hefty 16 GB of GDDR6 memory clocked at 18000 MT/s. Additionally, the console might include 2 or 4 GB of dedicated DDR5 memory for the operating system, and the Tempest Engine for sound will operate with doubled performance.
