NVIDIA Releases Driver Update 536.99 WHQL with Bug Fixes and Support for New Games

NVIDIA has introduced a new version of its GeForce driver, numbered 536.99 WHQL. This release, available for Windows 10 64-bit and Windows 11, brings a host of improvements and fixes.

Fixed General Bugs:

  • Resolved a potential audio issue with Elgato Wave Link involving NVIDIA Broadcast effects.

Fixed Gaming Bugs:

  • Corrected tearing and partial jitter in cutscenes in Control (DX12).
  • Improved game stability for Battlefield 2042 when applying GeForce Experience Freestyle filters.
  • Addressed game stability issues in Dead Space and other bugs related to DLSS 3 Frame Generation.

Support for New Games:

  • The driver is optimized for Baldur's Gate 3 and other new games supporting DLSS 2 technology.
