Apacer AS2280P4U Pro - PCIe 3.0 x4 solid-state drive with aluminum heatsink

Apacer has expanded its portfolio with two models - AS2280P4U Pro and AS2280P4U. They offer performance up to 3500MB/s and capacity up to 2TB.

Apacer AS2280P4U (Pro) is an M.2 2280 solid state drive that uses PCI Express 3.0 x4 and NVMe 1.3 interface. In both cases, we are dealing with an undefined controller and 3D TLC NAND memory. This provides performance up to 3000MB/s for sequential writes and up to 3500MB/s for sequential reads and up to 360000 IOPS for 4K random writes. 

So what's the difference between the base model and the Pro variant? The latter is equipped with a low-profile radiator. 

The Apacer AS2280P4U (Pro) media will be available in 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB capacities, all covered by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. The prices offered are not listed (nor are the TBW ratios), but looking at the spec sheet, they shouldn't be expensive.
