Price of AMD Radeon RX 7600 Drops to $250

Recent reports have revealed that the AMD Radeon RX 7600 has dropped to $250 at some major US retailers. This represents a $20 discount off the original retail price. While graphics card prices have started to drop in Europe since the launch of the RX 7600, it looks like the price cuts have now extended to entry-level graphics cards as well.

At the same time, the older model RX 6650 XT is available at a similar or even lower price and offers comparable performance. What's more, some retailers are offering significant discounts on the more powerful RX 7900 XTX and 7900 XT models. Each purchase of these cards includes a free copy of Resident Evil IV Remake, adding an additional $60 to the purchase price.

NVIDIA's upcoming RTX 4060 release, slated for June 29, could be a response to AMD's RX 7600 price cuts. The RTX 4060 is expected to have a slight performance advantage over the RX 7600, but is expected to be priced at $299.
