Radeon X800 Pro
The differences between the Pro version and the XT were in the reduced number of pixel pipelines, and different core frequencies.
Both the number of pixel pipelines and the reduced, albeit slightly, clock frequencies of the core and memory have been cut. Frequencies, as you can see, decreased slightly, but the fact that the number of pipelines decreased from 16 to 12 played a rather negative role on performance. In terms of the main performance indicator, the Radeon X800 Pro video card is one and a half times better than the high-end model of the previous generation (Radeon 9800 ProXT). The X800 Pro had one attractive side - the potential to include 4 pipelines and turn it into a full-fledged X800 XT.
