Activision Blizzard's CEO, Bobby Kotick, has confirmed that he will remain with the company until the end of the current year. However, following the completion of the Microsoft deal, he will step down as CEO, marking a significant change in the gaming industry.

Analyst Daniel Ahmad of Niko Partners confirmed that Bobby Kotick may receive approximately $400 million for his departure from Activision Blizzard, depending on the value of his stocks.
