Lords of the Fallen RPG Action Game Releases Today: No Denuvo Confirmed

Today marks the release of the highly-anticipated RPG action game, Lords of the Fallen. Leading up to its release, there were reports suggesting that the game would be using Denuvo anti-piracy protection. However, CI Games took to Twitter to confirm that there is no Denuvo, and there never will be any DRM protection on Lords of the Fallen. This move is in line with the company's past approach of not using Denuvo in their games.

Additionally, it was recently confirmed that the game will have support for DLSS and FSR scaling technologies right from the release.

Lords of the Fallen is built on Unreal Engine 5 and offers players the opportunity to step into the shoes of a dark crusader embarking on a journey through the war-torn land of Morndead. Players will face powerful foes and horrifying creatures as they strive to prevent the resurrection of the mighty demon god, Adir. Armed with a variety of weapons and the ability to traverse between the realms of the living and the dead, players can experience the game's story solo or in cooperative mode, joining forces with friends at any time.

The game has received generally favorable reviews in the Western press, with an average score of 75 on OpenCritic and Metacritic scores ranging from 73 to 76.
