Cancelled DLC for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II on Nintendo Switch: Aspyr offers compensation to players.

Aspyr has announced the cancellation of the DLC for the Nintendo Switch version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords, which was supposed to restore cut content from the game. The reasons for canceling the DLC are not specified.

Last May, Aspyr announced the Nintendo Switch port of KOTOR 2 and revealed that content restored in the popular Restored Content mod for the PC version of the game would be available as DLC on the Switch upon release in 2022. However, a year later, the addition did not come out, and now it became known about its final cancellation.

As a compensation to players who purchase Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II on Nintendo Switch, Aspyr is offering a free key to select one of the Star Wars games. Users need to visit support.aspyr.com, provide proof of purchase and select one of the games offered.
