System Requirements for Alan Wake 2: Prepare Your PCs for October Release

The developers of Alan Wake 2 have unveiled the system requirements for the game's launch on PC. This allows gamers to assess whether their computers are ready for the game's release on October 27.

The minimum requirements include GeForce RTX 2060 or Radeon RX 6600 graphics cards, which will provide smooth gameplay at a resolution of 1080p with a frame rate of 30 FPS. It's worth noting that the game also supports DLSS and FSR 2 technologies on Quality settings, enhancing graphics quality.

For maximum settings and a resolution of 2160p at 60 FPS, the developers recommend using more powerful graphics cards, such as the RTX 4080, with DLSS or FSR 2 set to Performance, instead of the expected RTX 4090.

Therefore, to achieve the best gaming experience, the use of upscaling technologies from NVIDIA DLSS or AMD FSR is mandatory. Owners of RTX 3070 graphics cards can expect 60 FPS on high settings.

Except for the minimum requirement of an Intel Core i5-7600K processor or its AMD equivalent, in all other cases, it is recommended to use the Ryzen 7 3700X.
