Ubisoft Set to Launch New Assassin's Creed in 2024

Ubisoft is gearing up for a surprise for Assassin's Creed fans. A new installment named Assassin's Creed Red is slated for release at the end of 2024. It's noteworthy that the game is already in a fully playable state.

Insider Tom Henderson has provided insights that the new Assassin's Creed will feature stealth elements reminiscent of the stealth genre classic, Splinter Cell. Players will be sneaking in the shadows and disabling light sources to stay undetected. Moreover, gamers will be given the option to drag enemy bodies.

A highlight of the game is the introduction of two characters: a male samurai and a female ninja. Each boasts their unique skillset and weaponry. The game will also incorporate destructible environment features, albeit to a moderate extent.

It's worth noting that due to the development of Assassin's Creed Red, Ubisoft has decided to forgo the sequel to Immortals Fenyx Rising, which will undoubtedly sadden some fans of the latter.

The first official details about the new game are expected to emerge in early 2024.
