Anticipated Apple M3 Ultra: A Breakthrough in Processor Technology

Renowned insider Mark Gurman from Bloomberg has revealed details about the yet-to-be-announced Apple M3 Ultra processor. The M3 Ultra is expected to feature a 32-core CPU and an 80-core GPU, along with 256 GB of unified memory, essentially equivalent to two M3 Max chips combined.

The M3 Ultra is anticipated to be twice as powerful as its predecessor, the M2 Ultra, potentially scoring around 42,000 points in the multi-core Geekbench 6 test. In terms of graphical performance, it's comparable to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 and mobile RTX 4080, but doubly powerful due to the increased number of graphic cores.
