Leak Reveals Information about the New AMD Ryzen 5 5600X3D Processor

A fresh leak from well-known insider chi11eddog has focused the community's attention on AMD's upcoming Ryzen 5 5600X3D product. Apparently, AMD is preparing to release a new "king of budget gaming".

The new Ryzen 5 5600X3D is expected to feature a massive 96MB L3 cache, thanks to SRAM's hybrid 3D stack technology, just like its big brother, the Ryzen 7 5800X3D . It will have 6C/12T cores and threads.

Using the Zen 3 architecture, the Ryzen 5 5600X3D will have slightly reduced clock speeds compared to the base Ryzen 5 5600, according to the leak.

It is important to remember that this information has not yet been confirmed by AMD and needs to be verified. However, if it turns out to be accurate, then the Ryzen 5 5600X3D could be an attractive option for budget gaming builds. The release of the new processor is also expected to push AMD to expand the Ryzen 7000 family with a new chip, the Ryzen 5 7600X3D.
