Square Enix has announced the release date for its new game Final Fantasy XVI, which will be exclusive to the PlayStation 5. The premiere is scheduled for June 22, 2023. The developers have already started polishing the game and looking for bugs.

Gamers, hold on tight to your gamepads - the PC version of The Last of Us Part I was a real nightmare. Players face a lot of problems: constant crashes, bugs, stutters and framerate drops. But not all problems end there - also loading shaders leads to freezes and errors.

Naughty Dog released the first patch that was supposed to fix these troubles. However, it turned out that gamers did not notice any changes. While the description of the patch promised to improve stability and performance, in reality everything remained the same.

But do not despair, dear gamers, because there were also resourceful players who found a way to alleviate their suffering. It turned out that the problem was related to the Oodle decompression library version 9.2.6, which was used by the authors of the port. It is because of it that memory leaks and delays occur when compiling shaders.

Naughty Dog is already busy creating the next patch, which should fix even more problems. But while we wait for its release, we keep our nerves safe and sound (think positive).
