There were few distinctive features of the 9600XT compared to the ATI Radeon 9600 Pro. We are talking only about the increased frequencies of the graphics chip: from 400 MHz for the ATI Radeon 9600 Pro to 500 MHz for the ATI Radeon 9600 XT.
