Radeon HD 3650
This is expressed, first of all, in the manufacture of these chips according to a more advanced technical process, which leads to a decrease in power consumption and heat dissipation, as well as, with a sufficient percentage of the yield of suitable chips, and a decrease in cost. To further reduce power consumption, the chip supports PowerPlay technology, which dynamically changes its frequency and supply voltage depending on the load, and also controls the video memory frequency. In addition, the new graphics core supports the PCI Express 2.0 bus and the DirectX 10.1 API for modle-end video cards. Unfortunately, the Radeon HD 3650 has no more serious architectural changes, which does not allow us to hope for a performance increase.
