Radeon HD 3470
The Radeon HD 3400 family is represented by two cards - HD 3470 and HD 3450. Both of them were classified by the manufacturer as budget solutions.
Unlike more expensive models, the HD 3400 series cards support the aforementioned Hybrid Graphics technology, thanks to which you can significantly increase the performance of the graphics subsystem by simultaneously using the power of both discrete and embedded graphics processors.
However, the main purpose of cards in this class - not computer games, especially since the HD 3400 is equipped with a full range of tools to work with high-definition video.
Both models are based on the same chip with 181 million transistors and 40 universal stream processors. At the same time, they differ in the layout of the boards (the younger one is low-profile), as well as in the frequencies of the processor and memory. In the HD 3450, the GPU runs at 600 MHz and DDR2 memory runs at 500 MHz; processor frequency HD 3470 - 800 MHz, memory GDDR3 - 950 MHz. The interface and memory size are the same - 64 bits and 256 MB.
