The younger model Cayman PRO is based on a modification with 1408 stream processors, 88 texture units (TMUs) and 32 rasterization units (ROPs). The Radeon HD 6950 is made on a black printed circuit board for the PCI Express 2.1 x16 bus and is equipped with 2 GB GDDR5 memory with a 256-bit interface.
