AMD Ryzen 6000 support will appear in Project Hydra OC tool

Yuri Bubliy, creator of DRAM Calculator and Clock Tuner for Ryzen, claims that by the end of January we may see new Ryzen processors.

Yuri "1usmus" Bubliy is currently working on a new tool called Project Hydra. The developer has announced that this new software will support both the Ryzen 5000 series and the unreleased Ryzen 6000 series at launch. This immediately sparked a discussion about whether the already announced Zen3 chips with 3D V-Cache technology will be called Ryzen 5000XT or 6000 series.

Web resource VideoCardz turned to Yuri for a comment. The developer replied that there is no confirmation that the series will indeed be called Ryzen 6000 and that it will definitely launch at the end of January. But Project Hydra 1.04D, due to launch by the end of November, will indeed have pre-release support for these chips.

A beta version of Project Hydra is currently available to Patreon supporters, with a non-Pro public version expected to release by the end of this month. The fact that Hydra will support Zen3 and rumored Zen3+ processors isn't exactly new, as the developer announced support for those chips back in July.
