Diablo 4's Rocky Start on Steam: Complaints Pour In, Including Donator Woes

Since its recent release on Steam for PC, Diablo 4 has been facing a slew of complaints. The grievances aren't solely about technical issues or creative decisions. Blizzard is also fielding complaints from donors. For example, EugeneP shared his experience of donating in Diablo 4:

"I decided to purchase platinum through Steam. Money was deducted from my wallet, but the in-game currency never arrived. Steam support directed me to battle.net, and battle.net, in turn, sent me back to Steam. No money, no currency."

Another community member, Freezing, forwarded a message from Blizzard support. They acknowledge the issue but haven't provided a concrete solution yet:

"We are aware of the problem with the delivery of platinum purchased in the Steam store, and our technicians are currently working on it. At the moment, we don't have a precise timeline for resolving this issue."
