Final Fantasy XVI's PC Version Set for 2024, Likely not an EGS Exclusive
Following the successful launch of Final Fantasy XVI on PlayStation 5 in June, fans have eagerly awaited news on the PC release. Square Enix has now confirmed a PC version, slated for no earlier than early 2024. While the earlier installment, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, was a temporary exclusive on the Epic Games Store, there seems to be no indications of a similar path for FFXVI.
Insider Alex Donaldson from VG247 suggests that the game might be available across multiple storefronts without being tied down to EGS. Additionally, Donaldson hints at anticipated expansions for the game, likely enriching the FFXVI universe within the main storyline.
