Horizon Forbidden West Receives NVIDIA's DLSS 3/RTX Support: A Game-Changing Upgrade!

Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition

NVIDIA unveiled a groundbreaking lineup of DLSS 3/RTX-supported games during the CES 2024 'Special Address' livestream. Most notably, the highly anticipated Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition for PC is set to feature DLSS 3 with Frame Generation and DLAA, promising an immersive gaming experience. While the PC release date is yet to be confirmed, players can expect it to arrive in early 2024, and Nixxes is handling the port, fueling hopes for optimal performance.

Dragon's Dogma II, developed on the RE Engine, will also benefit from DLSS 3, making it the first open-world game on this engine. Scheduled for release in late March, the game will support ray tracing, enhancing visual effects for players. DLSS 3 will also make its way to Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, offering an overkill of technological prowess for games developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio.

Mainframe Industries' social sandbox MMO, Pax Dei, powered by Unreal Engine 5, is set to support both AMD FSR 3 and NVIDIA DLSS 3. This dual-support will ensure smooth frame generation, catering to gamers with either AMD or NVIDIA graphics cards. The game is confirmed for GeForce NOW, where Ultimate subscribers can leverage NVIDIA DLSS 3.

The comprehensive list continues with titles like Tekken 8, Enshrouded, Layers of Fear remake, Gray Zone Warfare, NAKWON: LAST PARADISE, Starminer, and Half-Life 2 RTX. Diablo IV and Throne and Liberty, already featuring DLSS 3, will receive additional support for ray tracing in March, according to NVIDIA. NCSoft's MMORPG, showcasing Frame Generation in a new comparison trailer, will add to the DLSS 3-supported titles.
