Insomniac Games Leak Reveals Upcoming Marvel's Spider-Man Titles

Insomniac Games, the studio behind the Marvel's Spider-Man series, recently experienced a major data leak, revealing details about their future projects. Among the leaked information was news about a spin-off to Marvel's Spider-Man 2 focused on Venom and the trilogy's third installment.

According to the leaked data, Marvel's Venom is set to be the next game by Insomniac Games. This spin-off of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 is expected to offer a storyline that unfolds after the sequel and leads into Marvel's Spider-Man 3. The game will feature Venom and other Spider characters, with Carnage as the main villain.

Marvel's Venom is reported to include 12 story missions, three bosses, and various side content. The gameplay is expected to last 8-10 hours. The anticipated release date of the game is in the fall of 2025, with a price tag of $50.

Also leaked was information about Marvel's Spider-Man 3. According to the data, Insomniac Games plans to release the trilogy in two parts, with the first coming at the end of 2027 and the second at the end of 2028. A bundle of both parts is expected to be available by the end of 2029.

The leak also mentions The Great Web — a multiplayer game set in the Spider-Man universe. However, details about this project remain scarce, and it is unclear whether the studio has approved it. Insomniac Games and Sony have yet to comment on the leak.
