Skydance New Media has unveiled a storyline trailer for Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra at the State of Unreal 2024 event, officially confirming the game's development. Directed by Uncharted co-creator Amy Hennig, the game is being developed on the Unreal Engine 5, incorporating the advanced MetaHuman facial animation technology.

Scheduled for release in 2025, Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra stars Captain America and Black Panther in a narrative set during World War II, primarily unfolding in Paris. These heroes join forces to combat the Nazi threat, alongside supporting characters like soldier Gabriel Jones and Wakandan spy Nanali.

The project targets modern consoles and PC platforms, promising a rich, immersive experience in the Marvel Universe, blending historical events with superhero action.
