Modern Warfare III: Intriguing Details and a Rebranding Move Away from Call of Duty
Activision Blizzard is set to astonish fans with a new installment in the series – Modern Warfare III. Scheduled for release on November 10th, it will be available across multiple platforms, including PC, Xbox, and PlayStation.
What stands out is that the game is now branded solely as Modern Warfare III, dropping the Call of Duty tag. This move is part of a broader rebranding, where, for instance, Warzone 2.0 was renamed to Warzone.
The game's trailer unveils exciting plot details, featuring the villainous leader of the "Red Spetsnaz," Vladimir Makarov, portrayed by Bulgarian actor Julian Kostov. He will be contending with Task Force 141. Also, the trailer provides glimpses of iconic scenes recreated from previous parts of the series.
