This achievement marks the third record broken in the last one and a half weeks, confirming a trend towards increasing popularity of the service among gamers. Notably, of the total number of users online at the peak time, only 11.1 million were engaged in gameplay. For context, on January 28th, there were 11.6 million people playing games via Steam.

These figures not only demonstrate an increase in overall user activity on the platform but also reflect changes in their gaming preferences and time spent on the service. Steam continues to solidify its position as the leading digital distribution platform for gaming content, adapting to the evolving demands and interests of its audience.
