Intel is releasing a new version of the graphics driver for its integrated graphics and discrete Iris Xe GPU processors.
The new driver, version 30.0.101.1069, adds support for the 12th generation Intel Alder Lake processors that were released earlier this month. Also reduced load times for Assassin's Creed Valhalla (DX12), Deathloop (DX12), Horizon Zero Dawn (DX12), Metro Exodus (DX12) on 6th Gen Intel® Core™ processors and above.

Intermittent crash or freeze in Moonlight Blade (DX12), Resident Evil Village (DX12) on 11th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.
Intermittent crash or freeze in Call of duty: Warzone on 12th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors with Intel® UHD Graphics.

Nvidia has released new Geforce Game Ready 496.76 WHQL drivers. The focus is on performance in Battlefield 2042, as well as DLSS support for Assetto Corsa Competizione, Bright Memory: Infinite, Farming Simulator 22, Hot Wheels Unleashed and Myth of Empires.
Issues fixed:
Dropouts may have occurred in WRC 8 FIA World Rally Championship and WRC 9 FIA World Rally Championship games;
Texture flickering may occur in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
Transport Fever could crash on launch;

Known issues:
In Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance and Supreme Commander 2, performance may drop when moving the mouse;
Deathloop crashes when playing with Windows HDR enabled. The workaround is to disable Windows HDR;
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed may crash on tracks where players are riding on water;
Mouse pointer gets stuck after enabling HDR in Windows Control Panel or after toggling G-Sync in NVIDIA Control Panel. As a temporary solution, right-click or left-click - the cursor will be slow for a few seconds and return to normal operation;
After setting the display multiplexer type to dGPU in NVIDIA Control Panel, the setting is not retained across a reboot or resume from S4 mode.
The YouTube site page may experience contrast and gamma issues when playing video and when idle;
In the scaling mode (NVIDIA Image Scaling) of the desktop, during a "cold start" of the system, the desktop may move to the upper left corner. The solution would be to not use NVIDIA Image Scaling for desktop. The function is intended only for image scaling of videos and games that do not use other image scaling technologies;
With NVIDIA Image Scaling enabled in a DirectX 11 environment and when running HDR-enabled video, image distortion and system hang may occur. When using Windows HDR, you must select a different resolution for the Image Scaling upscale;
After a clean install of the GeForce Game Ready 496.76 WHQL driver, the NVIDIA Image Scaling setting does not appear in the game. If Windows HDR is enabled at this moment, then you need to turn it off, then enable Image Scaling and apply scaling to the desktop, and then reboot the system; If this method does not help, then you need to download and install driver update 496.84.

Nvidia has some of the best PC technology, from cutting-edge graphics cards to software like DLSS. But unlike AMD, Nvidia rarely open-sources its technology, and instead prefers to make it only for its hardware. Now everything will change.
Nvidia is open-sourcing its image scaling technology, which has been present in drivers for years. Now NIS will work with all games and possibly all GPUs on the market. This is a direct response to AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution, which is open to all developers.
NVIDIA confirms that NIS will be available through GeForce Experience or Control Panel.

AMD has released a new version of its Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 2020 drivers. Version 21.11.3 includes improvements for Microsoft Flight Simulator: Game of the Year Edition and Farming Simulator 22, as well as several bug fixes. The list of changes for this release can be found below.

Gigabyte Technology has announced the release of the GIGABYTE DRM Fix Tool to greatly improve the performance of certain games when using an Intel 12th generation processor and avoid possible problems when running these games.
With the DRM Fix Tool, users can easily turn E-Cores on and off. Previously, to do this, you had to go into the BIOS and activate the Legacy Game Compatibility Mode.
GIGABYTE's DRM Fix Tool requires the latest BIOS to work. Users can easily monitor the status of E-Cores through the user interface of this utility without any complicated installation.
